Value-Added Process

For all-around superior custom injection molding, we provide customers with value-added services that not only continue to ensure quality and assurance, but that also aim to enhance solutions for all of their injection molding jobs. From decorating to ultrasonic assembly, we know what it takes to make the best from scratch. Depending on your particular plastic injection molding issues, we offer manual or fixed assembly as well. Even better, our machining operations continue to go unmatched in excellence throughout the injection molding industry.

Our Value-Added Processes

  • Hot Stamping: This thermal bonding technique adds metallic foil print to your injection-molded plastic parts. Each plastic part receives an easy-to-read imprint, such as expiration dates, product numbers and lot numbers.
  • In-Mold Decorating: With our help, your injection-molded plastic components can benefit from films aimed at enhancing their overall appearance.
  • Ultrasonic Assembly: During this process, two pieces of plastic are welded together using high-frequency acoustic vibrations. While one piece of plastic is held down on an anvil, the other piece is placed on top and an extension is lowered down. Once in place, acoustic vibrations are applied and are converted into heat energy, allowing for high-performance welding between the two plastic components. This process adds superior strength and eliminates the need for expensive industrial adhesives.
  • Manual or Fixed Assembly: In order to accommodate all of our injection molding projects, we provide either manual or fixed assembly for your molded plastic components. Manual assembly offers the advantage of having customized cycle times for each stage of the production process, whereas fixed assembly utilizes flat cycle times.
  • Scheduling: We understand that our clients must work within a particular window of time and budget. With our superior scheduling option, your injection molding project will be mapped out from day one, so you will know the exact logistics of when particular plastic injection molding processes are being performed and when your project will come to a close.
  • Warehousing and Packaging: As a full-service injection molding facility, we offer both warehousing facilities and superior packaging solutions for your custom plastic components. Our packaging feature finalizes your injection-molding project by readying your plastic parts for the market. Instead of your company having to rely on separate packaging facilities, which can delay completion time and overextend your budget, we can customize packaging to your exact specifications. If needed, our warehousing facility can then store your packaged plastic components until you are ready for shipping.
  • Machining Operations: For many injection-molded plastic components, machining is often unavoidable in the manufacturing and production process. From hot stamping and insert molding to drilling, tapping, and grinding, our value added processes will give you the extra edge, making your molded plastic components distinct from the competition.
